Deerwood Estates POA

Deerwood Estates Subdivision is a beautiful 104 Lot community located within the corporate limits of the City of McHenry that is governed by a Property Owners Association led by a volunteer Board of Directors.  The Board is elected by the community to oversee the daily functions and financial responsibilities of the Association.  The Board is also responsible for maintaining members' compliance with the established Covenants and Bylaws of the Association.  There are specific provisions regarding what can and cannot be done on your property.  The Covenants and Bylaws can be found in the documents tab on this website.
